We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It's just like what you wanted, feels good quality, vibration is strong and led light is intense
It has 3 modes. All modes with vibration. The first one just vibrates. The second one vibrates with blue. The third vibrates with red color. Vibration is the same and vibration power is the same. Not very much vibrates, but the head is relaxing when combing. I hope that even helps from hair loss and for their better growth. I'll add a review if I notice the effect.
Like the picture. I arrive this morning (not yet tested), and it is very compact and manageable. It vibrates, it has 2lights, and it weighs nothing. When you try it (I'm looking forward to it), then I'll write it down. Thanks to the seller, who arrived before the date.
Delivery to Italy is fast, packing is excellent. The results are still early to speak, I hope they will show themselves soon.
